Refund policy

You have 30 days to change your mind and return the item in its original condition, including packaging. Only the item will receive a refund, excluding shipping costs. Personalized scarves are neither exchangeable nor refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

 Please notify us in advance of your return by sending us an e-mail to joumeatelier@gmail.com or via the Contact section, including your order number.
Then return the parcel by the service of your choice, to the following address:

Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels, so we advise you to use a tracking service. In the event of non-receipt of the parcel, reimbursement will not be possible.

The refund will be made within 10 working days from the date the return is received by JOUME Atelier if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
