Shipping policy

JOUME scarves are made to order, so please allow 5 days of production before dispatch.

Orders are delivered by Colissimo (delivery in mainland France within 48 hours). For fastest delivery, we recommend that you enter the details of an address where you are present during the day, or make sure that someone can collect your parcel for you. For EU and international deliveries (exc. USA), we use La Poste's tracked letter service (4-15 days depending on location).

FRANCE: 6€
EU and INTERNATIONAL: 15€
USA: 45€

Duties & Taxes for international shipments:

International orders may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the receiving country. These charges are set by your country's government in accordance with import and export regulations and will be invoiced by the shipping company we work with. We accept no responsibility for these charges. If a parcel is returned to us because the customer has refused to pay import taxes or customs duties, the refund of the parcel will be partial. It will not include shipping and return costs.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your package (excluding personalized scarves). For more information, please see our Refund Policy.
